O presente trabalho pretende discutir, tendo como fundamento a história da Ecopolítica Internacional contemporânea, a participação e a interação entre os principais sujeitos do direito internacional, a ver, Estados, Organizações Internacionais, Organizações Não-Governamentais e Indivíduos. A proposta é revelar a evolução da importância dos sujeitos não-plenos do direito, em relação aos sujeitos plenos, desde 1950, apresentando suas características técnicas e políticas e as interdependências entre as atuações de cada sujeito.

Abstract
This paper pretends to discuss, on the grounds of the history of contemporary International Ecopolitics, the participation and interaction among the main subjects of international law, such as States, International Organizations, Nongovernmental Organizations and Individuals. The proposal is to reveal the evolution of the importance of non-full subjects of law, in relation to full subjects, since 1950, presenting its technical and political characteristics and interdependencies between the performances of each subject.
