Resumo
Este artigo tem como objetivo estabelecer relação entre as Teorias culturalistas e as políticas públicas das relações de gênero e a teoria da fantasia elaborada pela psicanálise. No presente texto, ter-se-á como base teórica o entendimento de que o engessamento da identidade da mulher que se apresenta como vítima pode legitimar uma posição que diz respeito à sua fantasia masoquista inconsciente.
ABSTRACT
This article aims to establish the relationship between cultural theory is the public policy of gender relations and the theory of elaborate fantasy in psychoanalysis.
