A NECESSIDADE DE ESTRUTURAÇÃO DOS PRESSUPOSTOS DA SUSTENTABILIDADE E DA RESPONSABILIDADE SOCIAL EMPRESARIAL PARA AS REALIDADES DO ENSINO/APRENDIZAGEM NOS CURSOS DE ADMIMISTRAÇÃO
Resumo
Em função de cenários econômicos e sociais, com conseqüências das mais diversas matizes, muitos pensadores tem se dedicado a procurar explicações científicas e empíricas que possam apresentar propostas que amenizem o caos moral e ambiental que se abateram sobre a vida moderna. Instituições especializadas nos estudos na área de gestão/ administração tem sido um dos principais lócus de entendimento das práticas sustentáveis e socialmente responsáveis e como elas podem ser viabilizadas nos mais diversos espaços sociais, mas de forma mais incisiva nas Organizações privadas. Pensando em discutir brevemente sobre estes novos pressupostos e suas aplicações este artigo tem então a função de problematizar a seguinte questão: Porque é necessário estruturar os pressupostos da sustentabilidade e da Responsabilidade Social Empresarial para as realidades do Ensino/Aprendizagem nos cursos de administração de forma que estes atendam às demandas teóricas, empíricas e mercadológicas? Para tanto, apresentou-se os conceitos e definições da sustentabilidade e da Responsabilidade Social Empresarial relativos às realidades científicas e mercadológicas adequados ao Ensino/Aprendizagem nos Curso de Administração. Como estratégia metodológica este artigo contou com a revisão bibliográfica, a fim de apresentar de que maneira estes pressupostos tem sido constituídos. Acredita-se que só se faz possível entender a lógica da Responsabilidade social Empresarial e da Sustentabilidade e a demanda Social, Educacional e Mercadológica quando estes se fazem bem definidos e estruturados do ponto de vista conceitual e quando entende-se o seu contexto de aplicação.

Due to social and economic scenarios, with consequences in many different hues, many thinkers have been devoted to seek scientific explanations and empirical research that may present proposals to mitigate the environmental and moral chaos that hit on modern life. Institutions specializing in studies in management / administration has been a major locus of understanding of sustainable practices and socially responsible and how they can be made viable in various social spaces, but more forcefully in private organizations. Thinking briefly discuss about these new assumptions and their applications, this article then discuss the function of the following question: Why is it necessary to structure the conditions of sustainability and corporate social responsibility for the realities of Teaching / Learning courses in administration so that meet these demands theoretical, empirical and market? For this purpose, presented the concepts and definitions of sustainability and corporate social responsibility related to their scientific and marketing appropriate to the Teaching / Learning in the Course Directors. As a methodological strategy articles relied on the literature review, to present how these assumptions have been made. It is believed that only makes it possible to understand the logic of Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability and demand Social, Educational and marketing when they are well defined and structured the conceptual point of view and when means your application context.
