Resumo
Resumo. Diante da grande contribuição teórica do realismo para as Relações Internacionais, este trabalho pretende contrapor duas vertentes desse paradigma: o realismo clássico e o realismo estrutural. O objetivo é apresentar cada uma dessas visões, destacando seus pontos centrais e evidenciando as distinções e semelhanças existentes entre as duas.

Abstract. Considering the great contribution of Realist theory to International Relations, this work intend to compare two views of this paradigm: the classic realism and the estructural realism. The aim is to discuss each of this approaches, showing the aspects they have in common and in what way they are different from each other.
