O ENSINO DA CONTABILIDADE E AS PERSPECTIVAS DA PROFISSÃO NA ATUALIDADE: ÊNFASE NO PROFISSIONAL CONTÁBIL QUE LECIONA EM CURSO UNIVERSITÁRIO (THE TEACHING OF ACCOUNTING AND PROSPECTS OF THE PROFESSION IN THE PRESENT: EMPHASIS IN ACCOUNTING PROFESSIONAL WHO)
Resumo
RESUMO: Este artigo busca mostrar a importância do contador no cenário atual e as diversas áreas nas quais poderá atuar, enfatizando o profissional contábil que leciona em cursos universitários. Para tal, foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica constituída em livros, teses, periódicos, artigos e internet. Para ilustrar o tema proposto foi realizada uma pesquisa de campo em uma instituição de ensino superior, onde foram entrevistados nove professores do curso de Ciências Contábeis, por meio de um questionário, no intuito de verificar os problemas enfrentados por eles e apontar soluções. Houve abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa dos dados. Foi constatado que o ensino da contabilidade, na atualidade, ainda não é o ideal, pois não contempla todas as disciplinas necessárias para uma boa formação contábil. Sendo assim, os professores devem buscar uma atualização profissional constante para estarem sempre em sintonia com as mudanças ocorridas no cenário profissional.

ABSTRACT: This article seeks to demonstrate the importance of the counter in the current scenario and several areas in which it may act, emphasizing the accounting professional who has taught in university courses. To this end, we performed a literature consisting of books, theses, journals, articles and internet. To illustrate the theme was carried out field research at an institution of higher education, were interviewed nine professors of Accounting, by means of a questionnaire in order to ascertain the problems faced by them and identify solutions. There were both qualitative and quantitative data. It was found that the teaching of accounting, in actuality, is not ideal, because it does not include all disciplines needed for a good training book. Therefore, teachers should seek a professional development are always in constant tune with the changes in the professional scene.
